Welcome to Hope's Early Learning Program!

Hope Early Learning Program is open to ALL children.  As early as 1993, the classrooms at Hope have been inclusive of ALL children in the community.  The teaching staff provides learning experiences that promote the development of children with disabilities AND those with no disabilities.  We are dedicated to fostering an educational process where ALL children grow through hands-on activities.  Classrooms are located in Williamsport at Lycoming College and in Jersey Shore in the Jersey Shore Elementary School.

Toy Lending Library	NAEYC Accreditation
The Hope Early Learning Program maintains a Lending Library comprised of toys to support those families with children that have difficulty engaging in play.
